Attorney Nicola Cummings brings a rare combination of legal experience, forensic expertise, and trial-ready strategy to personal injury. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, a Master of Law in Forensic Justice from Virginia University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Before practicing law, Attorney Nicola Cummings spent more than 20 years working as a forensic scientist and crime scene investigator. She investigated and processed major crime scenes, including homicides, burglaries, sexual assaults, and serious motor-vehicle collisions. Her work included service with a metro Atlanta police agency and assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also trained law-enforcement officers, military personnel, and civilians in crime-scene investigation.
